Job Title: High-Volume Recruiter – Light Industrial Type of Role: Contract Expected Length of Contract: 3 months Shift / Hours: Day Shift (flexibility required for hiring events) Location: Bay Area, CA Hourly Range: $45 – $55/hr About the Role We are seeking an experienced high-volume recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, operational recruiting environments. This role is ideal for someone who has supported light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production hiring and is comfortable managing large candidate pipelines, frequent hiring events, and tight start-date deadlines . Success in this role is measured by speed, quality, and execution —not just strategy. You will be responsible for driving candidates from sourcing through start , often at scale, while delivering a strong candidate experience in a high-throughput environment. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial roles Execute and support high-volume hiring events , onsite lockdowns, and rapid interview days Source candidates using high-output methods including job boards, referrals, texting campaigns, and community outreach Screen, assess, and move candidates quickly through the hiring process while maintaining compliance and accuracy Partner closely with operations and onsite leaders to align hiring plans with production and start-date needs Maintain and manage large candidate pipelines, ensuring constant flow and readiness to start Track candidate progress and provide regular updates on pipeline health, show rates, and starts Deliver a clear, efficient, and respectful candidate experience, even at high volume Adapt quickly to changing priorities, shifting headcount needs, and last-minute hiring demands What You’ll Bring Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality A combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred Note: This role is execution-focused and ideal for recruiters who enjoy being hands-on, moving fast, and seeing immediate results.
