Role:We're currently hiring a Program Director for our
community-based Day Program in Rohnert Park. In this leadership
role, you'll oversee daily operations and guide a team of Direct
Support Professionals, ensuring high-quality, person-centered
services for individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities. From developing individualized service plans to
partnering with regulatory agencies and community stakeholders,
you'll be the driving force behind a program that promotes dignity,
independence, and meaningful community engagement. If you're

- Salary $68,700
- Full Range Scale: $68,700 to $76, 574.48 (starting rate fixed
at $68,700 salary, pay increases based on tenure in position)

Director, you'll play a pivotal role in providing progressive and
goal-oriented supports to individuals with developmental
disabilities in the community. You'll have the opportunity to lead
with compassion, creativity, and dedication, ensuring that our
programs meet the unique needs of each individual.What You'll Do:
- The Program Director will help create a lasting positive impact
on people's lives by leading a team of Direct Support Professionals
who coach, mentor, and encourage others to reach their goals
- Ensure meaningful community integration activities for the
people we serve
- Development of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and the
coordination of behavioral supports.
- Oversight of all Day Program operations including developing
and monitoring quality services, budgets and financial
responsibilities, facility, and fleet management
- Supervise, train, and support staff in alignment with
person-centered practices
- Compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
- Collaboration with stakeholders and regulators, including
families, residential providers, Harbor Regional Center, and
Community Care LicensingQualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- 1 year of supervisory/management experience in the field of
disability services.
- 2 years of experience working with individuals served in a
licensed adult day program or an adult day health care
facility.
- 3 years' experience supporting individuals with intellectual or
developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Physician's clearance and TB test clearance.
- Able to life/transfer up to 50 pounds.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services field (Psychology,
Counseling, Social Work, Allied Health, Educational Psychology,
Sociology, Human Services, etc.)
- Experience working with Regional Centers, Community Care
Licensing and knowledge of Title 22 and Title 17 regulations.Hours:
- Schedule must have flexibility to accommodate program,
