The Role:
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms in accordance with Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This guest-facing position plays a key role in ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction through attention to detail and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, floors, and all furnishings
  
• Replenish room amenities such as towels, toiletries, water, and coffee supplies
  
• Report any maintenance issues, lost items, or damage to the appropriate departments
  
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries while in rooms or hallways
  
• Follow all housekeeping and safety procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of carts, closets, and assigned work areas
  
• Ensure proper linen handling and sorting according to property standards
  
• Support overall guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
    
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in a hotel or resort setting
    
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and guest service
    
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
    
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods
    
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
