Attorney – Litigation Location: Rocklin / Roseville, CA (local
candidates only) Compensation: $160,000 – $250,000 base bonusesWhat
This Firm Does This is a labor & employment defense firm , with a
litigation-heavy practice focused on wage & hour, PAGA, class
actions, and employment disputes . At the senior level, the firm is
looking for someone who can lead cases, litigate confidently, and
help train junior attorneys . The Role This is a true senior
associate role , not a title-only position. You will be expected to
own matters, drive litigation strategy, and mentor junior
attorneys. What You’ll Do Lead litigation matters from strategy
through resolution Take depositions, hearings, and potentially
trials Train and mentor junior associates Work directly with
partners on case strategy Play a key role in firm growth and case
outcomes What They’re Looking For JD California Bar in good
standing Strong civil litigation background Meaningful deposition,
hearing, and litigation experience required Trial experience
strongly preferred Ability to supervise and train junior attorneys
Local to Rocklin / Roseville (commuting distance required) Why This
