Aramark is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Lead to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality and travel sector's housekeeping staff, ensuring our facilities are orderly, sanitary, and welcoming. The Housekeeping Lead will be instrumental in maintaining Aramark’s high standards of service, leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is passionate about creating an excellent guest experience by providing pristine accommodations. Responsibilities include management of the housekeeping staff, supervision of daily cleaning and maintenance operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety and cleanliness standards. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, an effective communicator, and committed to upholding the mission and values of Aramark. Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure maximum efficiency and performance. Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and excellent guest experience. Handle inventory management and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment. Implement and maintain housekeeping protocols and standards adherent to health and safety regulations. Address and resolve guest issues related to housekeeping service. Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, budget adherence, and staff performance. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of cleaning substances and techniques Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Hospitality Management or Facilities Management preferred
