Physical Therapist Location: San Ramon, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,119 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 36 hours guaranteed Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current state PT license Certifications: BLS, Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Auto Registration, TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screen, Physical Must-Have: Willingness to travel outside the area and work weekends as required Description: We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist. The assigned county territory includes various cities within the region. Additional travel outside the area may be required. Weekend coverage may be required. If guaranteed hours apply, the following conditions shall be met: - Productivity: At least 27 points per week. - Travelers must complete 30 points in the week. - If patients are refused, the guarantee does not apply. - The guarantee does not apply for the first and last week of the assignment, nor for weeks with holidays or time off. If non-guaranteed hours apply, travelers may be required to go outside the service area occasionally to secure a full caseload. Travelers have the option to refuse patients. Hours will be approved on a per-visit basis. Travelers must be willing to see COVID-19 positive patients and patients under investigation for COVID-19. Documentation time and communication with patients and healthcare providers are included in the approved hours. It is essential that the credentials listed are current and meet the job requirements. All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upon submission. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
