Title: Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) Job Duties: The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing, the Program Director, or a designee. Schedule : Full-Time: Overnight On-Call Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma/GED. Our PHF program provides the structure and support needed to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goals are to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment and realize potential of recovery in each of our clients and to provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
