Occupational Therapist Location: Carmichael, CA Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $60 to $65 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills by creating personalized therapy plans. Focus on improving independence, mobility, and quality of life through therapeutic activities and exercises. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical, mental, and emotional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Help patients improve daily living and work-related skills Provide therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques Train patients in the use of assistive devices Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Educate patients and families on care and rehabilitation Maintain accurate documentation and reports Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Valid state OT license BLS/CPR certification (preferred) Minimum 1–2 years of experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and assistive devices Good documentation and organizational skills
