Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia and providing care before, during, and after surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetrical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in clinical excellence, patient communication, and teamwork. Assess patients' medical histories to determine anesthesia planning and administration. Administer general and local anesthetics; monitor patients’ responses, including vital signs during procedures. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient treatment. Follow post-anesthesia protocols for patient recovery and complications management. Educate patients and their families about pre- and post-surgery care.
