Position Highlights Full-time or part-time schedule available $100,000"$120,000 signing bonus for select applicants Relocation assistance available Outpatient primary care with opportunity for hospital rounding based on interest Bilingual English/Spanish skills required EMR: Epic Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages 0"18, including well-child visits, urgent care, and follow-ups Supervise and mentor mid-level pediatric practitioners Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities Cover a small number of Saturday shifts and limited after-hours call with additional compensation Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics (or Pediatric NP with 3 years of experience) Active California medical license and DEA registration Current BLS certification Experience in community or underserved settings preferred Ability to see 18"22 patients per day (full-time) Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary: $215,000"$230,000 Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Student loan repayment support and continuing education benefits 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions Paid holidays, personal days, vacation, CME time, and reimbursements for professional expenses
