The Value of Working with Us 10-hour clinical shifts support adequate work-life balance 24/7 in-house Intensivist program with multiple rotating shifts No clinical duties when off shift 26 bed, mixed high-acuity ICU Santa Rosa Memorial is the regions only level II trauma center with a catchment area of Northwest California Close and collaborative working relationship with Medical and Surgical specialists Well-developed Rapid Response team Well-developed and high functioning APP support during day shifts Group includes Advanced Practice Clinicians and Physicians Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates Compensation is between $544,000 - $594,000 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
