Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist position is available for the 2025/2026
school year in San Mateo, CA, working within a K-12 educational
setting. This is a contract role covering the current school year
(CSY), with an anticipated start date as soon as possible and
continuing through the end of the school year (EOSY). There is a
strong possibility for renewal based on performance and district
needs. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to a
caseload of approximately 55-60 students. Deliver itinerant therapy
services across three separate school sites, with no multiple site
visits within the same day. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other team members to support student
progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school
district policies. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed
Occupational Therapist with credentials to practice in school
settings. Preference for candidates with high school (HS)
school-based experience. Ability to manage a large caseload
efficiently and effectively. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Benefits and Compensation: Competitive pay
starting at $50 per hour, commensurate with experience and
