Job Description Job Description Position Description The Physician Lead is responsible for the overall guidance of medical care services in a region or clinical specialty; assists the Chief Medical Officer in developing and implementing the Health Care Plan; ensure quality health care services are available; provides direct clinical services. Desired Education or Certifications Criteria Graduate of an accredited medical school and Board Certified in a specific medical specialty or have completed residency and be Board Eligible.
