Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Embark on a transformative
journey as a Speech Language Pathologist on a travel assignment in
California’s Willows, commencing on 02/16/2026. In this dynamic
role you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate,
diagnose, and treat communication, language, voice, and swallowing
disorders across diverse age groups. You’ll design, implement, and
monitor individualized therapy plans grounded in evidence-based
practice, track progress through precise documentation, and empower
patients and families with practical strategies to improve
communication and quality of life. This Weeks-long assignment
offers the chance to explore clinical settings with autonomy, while
building a robust portfolio of clinical competencies and real-world
impact. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in a
supportive environment that values thoughtful, person-centered care
and collaborative decision-making, shaping outcomes that matter to
patients today and in the future. California offers a rich tapestry
of landscapes, from rolling valleys to pristine waterways and
redwood groves, inviting exploration during downtime and enhancing
your overall well-being as you deliver essential services. Job
locations and experiences in California are complemented by the
potential to engage with travel opportunities across the United
States. Willows itself presents a welcoming community feel, where
you’ll thrive through strong professional connections and access to
resources that support your practice. You’ll also enjoy proximity
to outdoor recreation, vibrant regional hubs, and varied clinical
contexts that broaden your professional perspective. The prospect
of rotating through neighboring towns and, when appropriate,
opportunities to work in other locations nationwide safeguards a
varied clinical exposure that advances your expertise while
maintaining work-life balance. This is your pathway to growth—from
refining diagnostic acumen to expanding therapeutic
modalities—within a framework that celebrates your professional
identity and personal aspirations. Role specifics and benefits: In
this position, you will conduct comprehensive speech, language,
cognitive-communication, and swallowing assessments; interpret
findings and contribute to differential diagnoses; design
individualized, goal-directed treatment plans across pediatric and
adult populations; implement evidence-based therapy approaches
(e.g., articulation, language intervention, AAC, voice therapy,
dysphagia rehabilitation); monitor progress, modify interventions,
and document outcomes in aligned health records and care plans.
You’ll collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists,
physical therapists, educators, case managers, and families to
coordinate care, advocate for patient needs, and ensure seamless
transition of care across settings. You’ll support caregiver
education and empower patients with practical carryover strategies
to maximize functional communication in daily life. Professional
growth is woven into the assignment, with ongoing access to
clinical mentorship, opportunities to attend workshops, and
integration of the latest best practices in pediatric and adult SLP
care. We offer competitive benefits, including a sign-on or
completion bonus, housing assistance to ease relocation, and the
possibility of contract extension to sustain continuity of care and
deepen clinical relationships. You’ll receive dedicated support
from a robust operations team, including 24/7 assistance while
traveling with the company, ensuring smooth logistics, timely issue
resolution, and a safety-first approach throughout your journey.
The guaranteed hours of 36 per week provide stability while you
explore varied clinical settings, and the weekly pay range of
$2,363-$2,528 recognizes your expertise, credentials, and
experience, with precise figures confirmed during the hiring
process. As a traveling clinician, you’ll experience a company
culture grounded in empowerment and collaboration. Our values
center on treating staff as partners in care, supporting your
professional ambitions, and fostering a welcoming, inclusive
environment where ideas flourish and career paths expand. We’re
committed to helping you grow beyond your current role—whether that
means advancing to senior clinical positions, pursuing specialty
certifications, or transitioning to permanent opportunities that
align with your long-term goals. You’ll find a community that
celebrates curiosity, resilience, and a proactive approach to
patient-centered care, all while maintaining balance through
thoughtful scheduling and comprehensive support. Call to action: If
you’re a motivated Speech Language Pathologist ready to make a
meaningful impact in California and beyond, we invite you to apply
now. Join a company that recognizes your expertise, champions your
development, and stands beside you with unwavering support as you
deliver life-changing care to patients and families. This is more

compensation, and a collaborative, values-driven workplace. Take
