Cath Lab Tech Location: San Jose, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,808 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 15:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: ACLS BLS NIH Current RN license Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 4 Cath Lab Rooms Number of Staff: 20 RNs Staff Type: 2 RN and 2 RT, with 8-9 RNs staffed daily Day Shift schedule: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30 Night Shift: On call only Patient Ratios: 2 RN 2 RT per patient in procedure Type of Equipment: GE Philips EMR MacLab - Meditech Typical Hiring Profile: Most recruited skills: Must have ACLS, BLS, NIH, and a current RN license. Preferred skills: Neuro and Electrophysiology experience Typical Procedures Performed: Cardiac Cath lab procedures Heart Catheters Peripheral procedures A-fib/Flutter SVT VT Stroke and complex Neuro interventions Best Personality Fit: Teamwork Floating Area(s): Recovery of cath lab patients Dress Code: Scrubs provided by the hospital Unit Guidelines/Policies: On-call by rotation as needed.
