Manager for a travel nursing job in Carmichael, California. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Care Manager - Discipline:
RN - Start Date: 11/09/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel The RN Case
Manager is responsible for both Discharge Planning and Utilization
Review (UR) within the acute care setting. They coordinate and
manage patient care across hospital services to ensure quality,
cost-effective outcomes while meeting regulatory and payer
requirements. Education: BSN – Required Experience: Must have prior
CA Dignity Health experience Experience in acute care case
management and utilization review Proficiency with InterQual
(training available, but prior exposure required) Certifications:
BLS – Required (AHA) Skills: Strong collaboration, communication,
and critical thinking Ability to work with multiple payer systems
Experience managing high-volume patient loads (15–20/day) Flexible
