Birthing Centerteam that encompasses all aspects of L&D,
antepartum, postpartum, and mother/baby care. This role is ideal
for experienced L&D RNs who can confidently assist in
deliveries, including "catching baby" roles in the OR, and thrive
in high-acuity perinatal settings. Key Details: - Setting:L&D,
Mother/Baby, Ante/Postpartum - Unit Beds:1 OR Suite, 1 Recovery
Room - Ratios: - L&D: 1:2 - Delivery: 1:1 - Mother/Baby: 1:4
couplets - Common Patient Types:Term/preterm deliveries, some high
risk, antepartum - Charting System:Cerner - Scrubs:Provided
Required Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - NRP - Advanced Fetal
Monitoring (must submit with application) - STABLE (preferred)
Required Experience: - Minimum 1 year recent L&D experience -
No first-time travelers - Strongly prefer RNs with experience
managing baby in the OR ("catching baby") - Ability to circulate in
the OR - Must be able to read and interpret EKG strips Additional
