Overview
Dignity Health Mercy San Juan Medical Center is a 370-bed
not-for-profit Level 2 Trauma Center located in Carmichael
California serving the areas of north Sacramento County and south
Placer County for more than 50 years. It is one of the area's
largest and most comprehensive medical centers. Dedicated to the
community's well-being our staff and volunteers provide excellence
in care for our patients each year. Mercy San Juan Medical Center
has received recognition for being a Comprehensive Stroke Center
and Center of Excellence for Bariatric Surgery along with
Certificates of Excellence in Perinatal Care Hip- and Knee-
Replacement.
Responsibilities
$15,000 - Sign On Bonus offered for new hires. Per policy current

Mercy San Juan Medical Center is Sacramento area's first
Comprehensive Stroke Center and we are a Regional receiving center
for many specialties including: trauma ortho high risk maternity
NICU and STEMI. Our fast-paced 31-bed Emergency Department has
skilled physicians who work closely with specially trained nurses
and other healthcare professionals to see the approximate 80000
patients each year. Our success directly correlates with high
employee satisfaction scores which can be attributed to our
collaborative practice with physicians management and our
involvement of staff in peer interviews. The incumbent is a
professional who provides and supervises care to individuals and
families. Utilizing a holistic approach the incumbent provides
patient and family care based on the nursing process and
consistently provides a safe and confidential environment
throughout the delivery of care. As a professional the incumbent is
responsible for providing leadership and maintaining personal
professional development. The incumbent shall demonstrate behaviors
consistent with the core (Mercy) values in support with Mercy San
Juan Medical Center and the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity

Qualifications

$63.38 - $76.97 /hour
