Responsibilities The incumbent provides care treatment and service to Home Health and Hospice patients and their families in their place of residence within their scope of practice. Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team. IV Certified- preferred Licensure: Currently licensed as a LVN in California Current California drivers license possession of automobile insurance & access to an operating motor vehicle. Current CPR/BLS card approved through the American Heart Association.
