Internal Medicine Concierge opening in CA

Seeking a highly experienced outpatient internist for a Solo Practice in the Sacramento suburb of Carmichael.
Inherit an existing panel of approximately 400-450 patients
6-8 patients per day
Primarily office based with 1-2 days a week visiting patients in nearby assisted living facility
80% Geriatric
Comp is $285K-300k plus relocation fees, depending on experience and credentialing

We are a concierge medical practice, meaning that our patients pay a monthly fee to become members at our practice. This position will be part of a wider network of concierge doctors managed by our company. This is an opportunity to step off the "hamster wheel" of traditional insurance-based medicine and practice relationship-driven, patient-centered care within an existing concierge practice with dedicated patients.

Carmichael is a fabulous and established place to live. It is close to the American River, Ancil Hoffman Park, Riding Trails, Bike Trails, Downtown, CSUS and all the other amenities you could possibly want. While it is close to HWY 50, it is far enough away and one of the quietest places to live in Sacramento. Carmichael is home to one of the top school districts in the state, San Juan Unified School District, has a 320 acre public golf course, the Effie Yeaw Nature Center, two excellent park districts, and a small business community consisting of retail, professional and service businesses.
