Position Summary:
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will support and manage the coordination and execution of print and digital integrated full-funnel marketing projects and strategies for Eskaton's Residential Living communities primarily, plus provide project management support to the communications department. You will collaborate with the Residential Living and Communications teams to build-out and execute consistent advertising plans, lead project management, track job progress, manage the resolution of issues and monitor and communicate project status to the teams.

Position Responsibilities include:
Lead and support aligned, consistent, on-brand residential living marketing campaigns including print and digital projects by managing scope, deliverables, timing, risks and release planning and by partnering with cross-functional teams to drive team alignment in order to address tactical issues, timing, dependencies, program status, milestones, etc.
Manages all Residential Living intake requests and develops the project briefing and kickoff process that is comprehensive and collaborative establishing an effective workflow to internal team members and/or external resources and oversee the day-to-day progress of projects - working together to eliminate any potential issues or concerns that might negatively impact creative and web development work streams.
Has a clear understanding of project roles and assigns action items into our job flow management system to team members using workflow schedules with pre-determined deadlines to meet.
Organize and lead project meetings and compile project status reports to drive deliverables on schedule, as well as develop resolutions to mitigate risks.
Partner with Sales Manager and Residential Living teams in project planning sessions to define requirements, scope and objectives.
Set up campaigns with production costs in Salesforce for ROI Analysis Reporting to calculate our campaigns' performances by return on investment (ROI) and average cost.
Collaborate with and manage the work requested of our third-party partners.
Establish strong relationships with all project stakeholders including team members and leadership.
Work primarily consists of integrated digital marketing campaigns, strategic planning, execution and results.
Establish and improve internal processes for communicating project statuses to business line owners or stakeholders where necessary.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university with a degree in marketing and/or communications. Project management certification preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of five years' experience with marketing (print and digital) campaigns in a high-demand environment to support the sales and marketing efforts including all relevant sales support tools and assets
Demonstrated project management experience; a focus on creative and technical project management is a plus.
Success with leading and working within a distributed team model. Proven track record of collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams in the successful execution of integrated marketing, advertising and digital projects.
Self-motivated, attentive, with excellent follow through; detail-oriented, highly analytical and a skilled multi-tasker.
Experience working with HIVE (or similar PM software) and Hubspot.
Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing; are comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization.
Effective at communicating changes as they occur in projects to all relevant parties.
Understanding of the senior living marketplace; preferably market rate independent, assisted living and memory care communities; including Life Plan/CCRC communities.
