Do you have the talent to drive company culture to reflect our values in your role?The Revenue Manager reports to the Chief of Operations and is responsible to manage the overall Revenue strategy for Monte Christo's RV and Manufactured Home portfolio via Manage America. As such, the Revenue Manager is required to be expert in Manage America, have sound knowledge of park operations and the ability to work collaboratively with the Operations team to achieve target revenue.?The role is also responsible for creating and executing Revenue strategies including; New Rent Pricing, Amenity Pricing, Rental Agreement Expiration Management, Renewal Strategy, Concession Program, Annual Revenue budgets and Reforecasts.. Requirements: Duties/Responsibilities:In conjunction with the operations team and marketing department conduct competitive market evaluations, complete regression analysis to validate third market data for adjusting pricing for specific property and amenities and conduct weekly and monthly performance measurement analysis and report to senior management regarding:

  • Rental velocity & traffic behavior
  • Financial results (revenue, effective rent and occupancy trends)
  • Market conditions (competitive landscape, new supply, macro-economic factors, etc.)
  • Provide revenue underwriting assumptions for existing portfolio, new developments and renovation opportunities.?
  • Serve as liaison for Monte Christo to ensure consistent communication between Asset Management and Operations to achieve overall Revenue targets for each community.
  • Partner with Development Leader and Development Director to set up pricing for new development communities.Required Skills/Abilities:
    • 5+ years of prior pricing and/or direct revenue management experience required
    • Able to operate effectively under own initiative with limited oversight and broad directional guidance
    • Multifamily, Airline, Hotel, or Auto Leasing pricing model experience preferred
    • Manufactured Home and RV industry experience in Asset Management, Market Research and Operations preferred
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
    • Ability to train and persuade others regarding new technology and business processes
    • Outgoing and friendly yet authoritative communication style
    • Detail oriented, analytical and methodical
    • Ability to adapt to change and work well in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
