What success looks like Fine tune our shipping process and keep shipping errors and inventory discrepancies to near zero your work sets the gold standard Keep fulfillment on track even as volume doubles you’ll help shape and evolve our processes as we scale Spot workflow bottlenecks and suggest fixes. Your ideas will directly influence how we work. We'll know it's working if You hit or exceed throughput targets week over week Inventory stays accurate with You help reduce rework and missed shipments with your eye for detail Your teammates trust you to own your lane What your day-to-day will look like You’ll spend most of your time hands-on: picking, packing, and prepping hardware to ship worldwide. But you won’t just do tasks, you'll help us build better systems. Receive and inventory consumables with care and accuracy Pack up shipments that meet tight specs and even tighter timelines Keep our digital inventory systems clean and up-to-date Flag gaps, pitch improvements, and test new workflows with the team You’ll be part of a close-knit warehouse team, working alongside your teammates to get things out the door smarter, faster, better. Compensation The estimated hourly pay rate for this role is $22 - $25 an hour. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
