Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time position is available for Special Education
Teachers with expertise in both Special Education (SPED) and
General Education (GEN ED) settings. Located in Middletown, DE,
this contract role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful

and student growth. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized
instruction tailored to students with special needs while
collaborating with general education teachers Develop and implement
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state
and federal guidelines Monitor student progress and adapt teaching
methods as needed to support diverse learning styles Foster a
positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages
student participation and success Communicate regularly with
parents, staff, and administration to ensure coordinated efforts in
student development Desired Qualifications: Valid Special Education
teaching certification Experience working within both SPED and
general education classrooms Strong classroom management and
organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with
