Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
position offers multiple opportunities for licensed Speech-Language
Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services for students ranging from
early childhood through secondary levels in a K-12 school setting.
The placement is for the Extended School Year (ESY) Summer 2026
session in Wilmington, Delaware, supporting various school sites
with distinct caseloads and schedules. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to the needs of
elementary, secondary, early childhood, and transition-age students
(18-22 years). Collaborate with educational staff to support
student communication goals. Maintain accurate documentation and
progress notes in compliance with district requirements. Attend to
scheduling and caseload management within assigned site hours.
Qualifications: Valid Delaware SLP license is mandatory;
applications without license documentation will not be considered.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Candidates must
be aware and agreeable to paying an $85 fingerprinting clearance
fee. Open to Candidates with Clinical Fellowship status;
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible.
Experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable.
Schedule & Location Details: Positions are Monday through Thursday,
with 7:05 AM to 2:35 PM work hours including a 30-minute paid
lunch. Start dates are June 22 or June 23, 2026, and the contract
concludes on August 7, 2026. Four different openings across
multiple schools with varying daily student and staff schedules to
select from, ensuring placements that suit different preferences
