comprehensive educational curriculum that meets both the needs of

budgeting, staffing, and operations to ensure the school functions
efficiently and within financial guidelines. Hire, train, and
evaluate staff, encouraging professional growth and ensuring high
levels of teaching performance. Foster strong relationships with
parents, staff, and the community to build a supportive and
engaging educational environment. Stay updated on the latest
educational trends and preschool regulations to ensure compliance
and excellence. Lead initiatives to promote the overall well-being
and development of each student. Strong leadership and
interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organizational
skills Proficient in curriculum development and staff management
In-depth understanding of early childhood education and
