Summary:As our Home Health Hospice Education and Training
Supervisor, you'll provide the leadership for all education and
training activities for Mercy Home Health and Mercy Hospice.You'll
participate in hiring of new staff and primarily be responsible for
the new hire's orientation along with the evaluation of our new
staff. This role provides you with the opportunity to develop
training activities to help monitor the success of new staff during
their orientation period.Additionally, you will be intricately
involved in the training of new staff to our electronic charting
system (Netsmart), and will be crucial in helping us transition to
Home Care Home Base (HCHB), a new electronic charting system. The
incumbent will also support Woodland and Sierra Nevada Home Health
agencies.Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
- Establish effective scheduling to ensure all standing
commitments are met. Manages workflow and evaluates effectiveness
of assignments.
- Provides high quality, effective clinical education
services.
- Writes and obtains approval for any policies or standard
operating procedures related to Clinical Education functions.We

experience
