We are actively seeking a results-oriented Customer Engagement Associate in Gold River. As an Customer Engagement Associate, you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training in effective customer engagement and the specifics of wireless essential services. This program develops your exceptional communication and persuasive skills, teaching you to identify needs and articulate compelling solutions. You will master efficient qualification processes and ethical acquisition strategies, ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Acquisition Associate Proactively identify and engage with potential customers in designated Gold River communities, residential areas, and organized outreach events. Conduct accurate preliminary eligibility assessments with interested individuals to qualify them for essential service programs. Guide interested and qualified individuals through the initial stages of the service enrollment process, including clarifying necessary documentation. Assist in collecting initial customer information and required documents to ensure a smooth start to their application. Address common questions and clarify understanding about essential services, removing barriers to access, and building trust. Track and report daily customer acquisition efforts and progress on initiated enrollments within our CRM system. Collaborate actively with team members in daily briefings and training sessions to refine acquisition approaches and share community insights. Identify potential challenges or opportunities in the field related to customer acquisition and proactively communicate them to leadership.
